Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ad-Vantage Marketing's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services

Ad-Vantage Marketing provides website design, development, and digital marketing services. Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in individual project agreements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Additional work outside the original scope will be quoted separately
• Late payments may incur fees as specified in project agreements

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio. Source files and development assets may be provided upon request.

Warranties and Limitations

We warrant that services will be performed professionally and with reasonable care. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or rankings. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be billed for work completed to that point.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
